Tapas Valencia is an extension of Meson Sabika, a destination tapas spot in Napervillle open since the early '90s; there's also a sister location, Tapas Gitana, in Northfield. The menu here focuses on traditional Spanish tapas, with European and Mediterranean influences. Colorful offerings include white asparagus and yellow tomato with white-wine vinaigrette, roasted veal with sundried tomato and green olive relish and bacon-wrapped baked dates with red bell pepper sauce.
