Excellent sushi and sashimi in an authentic Japanese cafe setting. A wide range of other Japanese cuisine, but the sushi and sashimi really standout as the best in the Chicago area. More expensive than bad sushi, but reasonably priced for the unparalleled quality offered.

I just moved to Westmont, IL, and have been keeping an eye out for good Japanese restaurants in the western suburbs of Chicago. As the previous poster mentions, the storefront isn't very flashy, but the food is indeed good. I was there for lunch today, and am looking forward to visiting them for dinner sometime soon.

Very surprizing find for the Western suburbs: true Japanese food! Doesn't look like much from the outside, but the sushi was delectable and beautifully presented. Atmosphere is lacking as it is in a storefront by the trainstation, but the food makes up for it. Much better than the "rated, advertised" Sushi bar down the street.
