What sets this tiny Lincoln Park BYOB apart from every other sushi-and-Japanese joint in the city? "We have a one-and-a-half-day turnover on our fish," chef-owner Mitch Kim tells us. "Most places have a three day turnover." Look for the super-fresh cuts of fish and seafood in maki and nigiri form, as well as entrees such as tempura and teriyaki and a range of popular Japanese apps to get things going.
