This Lincoln Park Japanese spot's most unique feature is its "kushi bar," which is like a sushi bar but with yakitori (skewered foods) instead of raw fish. The kushi bar features grilled skewers called kushi yaki and the panko-crusted fried skewers go by kushi age. Grilled choices include chicken wings and bacon-wrapped scallops; fried choices include baby octopus and tiger shrimp. Not to worry, fish fans: There's still sushi and maki in the mix, plus cooked fare such as salmon teriyaki, shrimp tempura and grilled mackerel with sweet soy sauce.
