RA Sushi joined the myriad dining options at Yorktown's Shops on Butterfield complex with a July 2007 opening. This outpost is 4,500 square feet with a sushi bar, dining room and not just one, but two outdoor dining patios. This Japanese fusion mini-chain offers signature rolls like the Tootsie Roll (crab and shrimp maki topped with sweet eel sauce and tempura bits), and the lobster shrimp roll (with lobster, crab and avocado rolled in seaweed, topped with shrimp, and shiso leaf and yuzu pepper sauce). Sushi not for you? There's lots of fully cooked pan-Asian eats here, such as black pepper filet medallions with wasabi mashed potatoes, Fuji apple-glazed salmon and seared halibut with shitake mushrooms.
