It took me about 8 months to visit this spot after moving the the neighborhood-- it was never very that busy and that made me nervous. But now I get carry out 1-2 times a week. The spicey rolls are fantastic (actually have a spice to them) and the fish is always fresh. I ammount of food you get for the price makes it a great deal. It is the real deal sushi spot, not a club "place to be looked at" spot. Later on Tank-- welcome to Paradise.

This is just down the block and we enjoy the relaxed but authentic feel of the sushi bar. Kid friendly, with generally good service. A well kept secret for now...

A great neighborhood spot for sushi. Everything is always fresh and authentic, this not your overpriced trendy sushi place. We have eaten there at least a dozen times, service is always friendly and prompt and we will continue to frequent Paradise.

I love the food here. The fish is always fresh and the rice is never dry and old-tasting. I recommend this place for the food... the atmosphere is pretty dull, but the food is outstanding.

I just returned from Paradise...

I just returned from Paradise Restaurant, thought it would be fair to review it while the memory was fresh.

Which the rice wasn't. Far too heavy and starchy, I'd think they would keep a good rotation (esp. for maki) on a Friday night. The fish was so chewey my jaw literally started to ache.

I must say that the wasabi was smooth and packed a wallop; frankly without it I wouldn't have been able to eat much of what was on my plate. As it was, I left a sizable portion unfinished.

I cannot recommend this restaurant.
