It was a nice day, and to find a sushi place with a nice deck was a pleasant surprise. We ordered drinks and I was pleased to see they had a good sake selection. Edamade was fine, and then came the sushi. While the portions and presentation were fine, the fish itself was not fresh. After trying two items, (tuna and salmon and one roll), we left and had burgers elsewhere. Can't recommend this place.

They have a great lunch special...I like to get the spicy salmon/spicy tuna crunch rolls with mayo. They are delicious! Great restaurant and great value!

the shrimp tempura was longer than the chopsticks that we have and it's skinny, and heavily breaded with corn bread or something like that, fun to eat if you do not think of it as japanese shrimp tempura.

Good sushi at reasonable prices. The outdoor seating was very pleasant. Great place for a date. Not as crowdes as other sushi places like Coast or Shine.
Report This ReviewNaniwa has great sushi and is very reasonable. It is one my favorite places for takeout.
Report This Reviewtasted to much like cheap fish. not impressed with the dragon roll that cost $15 for 6 pieces. unagi roll was decent and house cruch was okay. ambience is average. service was ot bad. but still was $60 for 2 people. at that price, would go to a place i really enjoy. will not return in the future.
Report This ReviewThe sushi at this place is fantastic! It's fresh and tasty. Must try the House Crunch roll. Nothing extraordinary about the decor/ambience, but if you want excellent quality sushi w/ no frills, this is the spot.
Report This ReviewThis place is great, nothing fancy, but great fresh sushi. You can 't go wrong!
Report This ReviewI used to love Naniwa, but last night my image of the restaurant was tained. I ordered the 'melt-in-your-mouth' super white tuna sashimi, but I received slices of a totally different cut that tasted like rubber. I sent the dish back and received the right cuts shortly after, but imagine the disappointment. Naniwa, how could you? I'll give you a second chance though...
Report This ReviewGreat sushi, great price.
Try the creamy scallop. Yum!
