Formerly Hana Japan, Koya serves up a long menu of sushi as well as Japanese entrees in a small but modern spot. While it's easy to miss from the road, inside you'll find art lining the walls, plus date-worthy candlelit tables and long tables for a party or family dinner. Also find seating at the sushi bar, where you can enjoy some of Koya's more unusual options, including the sunflower roll with fresh water eel, mango, avocado and egg wrapped in colored soy-bean paper.
