Surf or turf? Two different fun concepts side by side in Colony Square: The steakhouse side offers teppanyaki-style Japanese cooking, where the chefs grill meat in front of you. On the sushi bar side, the chefs float selections past on little boats -- you choose what you want and they add it all up by counting your plates at the end. It can be crowded at peak times, but that's when you get the best selection.
