Hachi's Kitchen - Logan Square - Chicago, IL 60647 | Metromix Chicago

Hachi's Kitchen

Neighborhood: Logan Square
2521 N. California Ave.

Chicago, IL 60647
773-276-8080
Price range: $$ ($9-$15)
The owners of Lincoln Park's popular Sai Cafe have opened this Logan Square spinoff. The minimalistic space has accents of bamboo and rice paper, but still gives off a contemporary vibe. The menu's similar to Sai's; look for bestsellers like the spicy white tuna crunch and cooked fare like Chilean sea bass sautéed with jalapenos and onions, plus sushi by the piece. In case you were wondering, one of the meanings of Hachi in Japanese is "bee" in honor of chef-owner Jim Bee.
