Grande Noodles & Sushi Bar

Neighborhood: Rogers Park
6632 N. Clark St.

Chicago, IL 60626
773-761-6666

The menu at this perky little spot on an otherwise dreary stretch of North Clark Street is a mix of Thai and Japanese fare, filled with sushi/sashimi, maki, Thai curries and noodles. Appetizers include mainstays such as satay and egg rolls, as well as more adventurous options like steamed mussels with lemon grass and basil, and spicy fried tuna with cream cheese and avocado. All maki and sushi items are available by the piece, plus there are several combo platters. Entrees include the seafood delight (stir-fried mussels, squid, shrimp, crab, red and green peppers, Napa cabbage, pea pods, water chestnuts and baby corn) and whole fried red snapper with Thai chile sauce, bell pepper, onion and basil. Desserts include Thai custard and Chinese litchi fruit in syrup.
