This casual Lincoln Park BYOB and coffee shop is the perfect place to go if you're in the mood for a fruit smoothie. Or a fancy espresso drink. Or Korean food. Or sushi. Located within DePaul University's campus, Ethan's wears many hats to cater to the student crowd. You'll find daily lunch specials starting at $7, and an all-you-can-eat maki buffet is offered daily. (Beware, there are a lot of rules: There's a two-hour limit for the table, everyone at the table must participate, and while you can order any maki from the menu, there's a limit of one maki priced at $9.95 or more per person. There's also a $5 per-person charge for any leftover maki.) If you're not in the mood for maki (or rules), go for a noodle dish, a Japanese entree such as salmon teriyaki or chicken sukiyaki, or a Korean dish like barbecue ribs or bibimbop instead.
