Chiyo comes from the husband-and-wife team of Chiyo and Isao Tozuka, who also own Chicago Kalbi Restaurant. Chiyo features elaborate sequential meals called kaiseki (pronounced kah-e-seh-ke )
The a la carte menu (no reservations required) offers shabu shabu (diners cook their own meal at the table in steaming broth) with choices like rib-eye and sirloin, with a price range of $35-$50 per person. Other choices include sushi, teriyaki and tempura.
