This sleek new pan-Asian restaurant, in the building that houses Playboy Enterprises, has an industrial chic look. Walk past the minimalist furnishings to reach a funky sushi bar, where diners can talk to sushi masters as they dice and slice salmon, red snapper, seaweed and bits of cucumber. Everything on the menu isn't raw: stir-fried Chinese, Korean, Japanese and Thai dishes are all listed.
