This contemporary Japanese and sushi spot in Uptown's Goldblatt's Building presents sushi with as little soy as possible. Among the signature maki is Mackeral Madness, mackeral covered with white seaweed. The kitchen turns out cooked items too, including a beef spring roll appetizer: filet mignon, asparagus, tomato, onion and fresh greens wrapped with rice paper drizzled with orange miso sauce. The lounge offers late-night cocktails and large TVs showing videos and sports.
