"We all work well together," said manager Paula Hort. Teamwork is especially important at Max's where all employees do everything from cooking to preparing sandwiches, to ringing up orders. Their work area is behind the counter so customers can watch as their orders are prepared. "You can see everything so you know we haven't dropped something and put it back," said Chris Corres, who works at Max's. There are five tables, with a counter going all the way around the room. Hort estimates that the restaurant has an in-house serving capacity of about 50 people. Max's offers takeout, and delivery is available between 11:15 a.m. - 2:15 p.m. Meals are usually under $10 per person.

THE BEST ITALIAN BEEF I HAVE EVER HAD AND I HAVE TRIED ALOT OF PLACES A LITTLE PRICEY FOR FAST FOOD BUT WELL WORTH ALL THE FLAVOR
