House specialties on the Northern Italian menu at this Little Italy spot include thick-cut pork and veal chops and ravioli pera alla giorgio, (pear- and parmesan-stuffed ravioli with a puree of pine nuts, walnuts, cashews, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh pears and mascarpone cheese). The wood-burning oven turns out four kinds of pizza. Tuscany's look is old school. A polished wood exterior features French cafe doors which swing open in nice weather and wall fixtures that resemble old-fashioned gas lamps. Proper attire is required, so leave your holey jeans at home.
