Chef-owner Giovanni DeNigris focuses on his hometown of Puglia, Italy, at this regional Italian spot in the heart of Lincoln Square. The menu includes choices such as cavatelli crudaiola (house-made cavatelli pasta with garlic, tomato pulp, arugula, basil and ricotta cheese) and halibut Adriatico (zucchini-wrapped halibut with seafood risotto and white wine sauce).
