Food: Bland and poor presentation, yes like slop on a plate. Only about 6 or 7 pasta choices?!?! The rest of the menu is Carne?!
Atmosphere: Charming but lack of ventilaion
Service: I mentioned slop on a plate right? not good about clearing empty glasses and dirty dishes. Must ask for everything to be done or more water, pepper, etc.
Value: while not expensive, where's the value in tasteless slop?
