Siblings Mark and Stefania Sparacino, both from Topo Gigio, joined with a former Four Seasons pastry chef to create a decadent menu that includes pistachio-crusted sea bass, risotto crabcakes and balsamic-marinated rack of lamb. Pastas include portobello-stuffed ravioli and cavetelli with shrimp in a saffron broth. Standout desserts include an ever-changing list of cheesecake (from fig to berry) and star anise creme brulee.
Cooking demonstrations, wine tastings and various themed events are hosted at the restaurant. The restaurant can be booked for private events during the day and on evenings that the restaurant is not open for dinner.
