Alec Yannoulis, the man behind this small Lakeview Neapolitan-style pizzeria and gelateria, trained with a well-known local pizzaiola and ate his way around Italy in the name of research before opening Sapore di Napoli, which translates to "the taste of Naples". You can't miss the massive Italian-made Moretti Forni electric oven, which can kick out around a dozen pizzas simultaneously--it's positioned smack in the middle of the open kitchen. The menu offers antipasti such as fried calamari and a caprese salad, plus pizza choices like the quattro stagioni with artichokes, prosciutto, mushrooms, olives and mozzarella.
