Pizza Metro II
- Neighborhood: East Village / Ukrainian Village
- 925 N. Ashland Ave.
- Chicago, IL 60622
- 773-772-3267
- Price range: $ (Under $9)
The second location of this popular East Village pizzeria Pizza Metro offers more indoor seating and a considerably larger kitchen, so look for expanded pasta specials on the menu in addition to the gnocchi, tortellini and ravioli. The thin-crust Roman-style pizza steals the show, featuring made-to-order slices and whole pies with such toppings as gorgonzola, grilled red pepper, and rosemary-roasted potatoes with mozzarella in addition to the standards. House-made desserts include tiramisu and panna cotta.
