In a city supposedly dedicated to deep-dish pizza, Pat's has found a thin-crust niche. Owner Nick Pianetto uses a recipe he's not changed for the more than 50 years Pat's has been open. The most popular pizza is also called The Pat's, and features sausage, mushrooms, onion and green peppers.
