Always crowded, always noisy, and the there's almost always a wait, even though they now accept reservations. The pasta dishes are enough for two, topped with everything from sausage and peppers to capers and artichokes. Pizzas are also popular. The narrow dining room, decorated with black-and-white photographs, has a few too many tables fighting for space, but for fans that's part of the charm. The north wall features a long bar (coveted space during waits) and the open kitchen. You can also kill time in the back bar with some fresh bread and a bottle of San Pellegrino. A bar and about 80 seats were added upstairs in 2001 to accommdate the bustling restaurant.

"I Don't Get the Hype"

I don't get the hype. It's okay. Good food, but way over-hyped. I'm not a huge fan of the atmosphere & tables on top of one another either.
