Foods is great ! Cannot get enough. Sat enjoyed a few drinks and dinner with my wifey
We can say the place was filled to the max, we enjoy the evening very much. Service was fast. Truely enjoyed the place.

I went to Maggiano's last night with my friends, and the food was really great, but slightly overpriced for what it offers. $17.50 for a portion that I would never be able to eat is excessive, they should scale back the portions and reduce the price. The support staff was great, but the main waiter was terrible. He hardly came over to our table, we had to ask for everything, he never even came to see how the food was. The food is good but with how expensive things are one should demand better service.

This bustly Italian eatery has plenty to offer. You definately get your money's worth; the portions are enormous. I suggest get a few dishes for the entire table to share. Is it the best Italian restaurant in the world? No, but it is quite good.

Way too much food. Just b/c the portions are big doesn't make it good. That's the only thing they can brag about. But it is true...size doesn't matter. This is the best place to go for average,non flavorable food. It's not just this location,it's all the Maggiano's. One of my favorite places not to go to. Small bar area to wait for too long. And there's no order to it. People are just waiting all over the place.Food doesn't have much of a flavor. Nothing grabbed me at all.No flare. It's not that it's bad...it's just ok. That's all,just ok. Wouldn't go back.

Really crowded and in the mall. You get enormous portions of food for a low price. It really is too much. Service is poor, the restaurant is too crowded for the waiters to really be attentive. Additionally, the waitress never told us about the quantity of food.

I know there's nothing to do in the suburbs at night, but I fail to understand why this place is so popular aside from the fact that everyone must think there is something great about getting single servings that are big enough to feed a family of four for a week.
The wait for a table is ridiculous and poorly managed. The bar area is too small to accommodate everyone who is waiting for a table.
The food portions are obscenely enormous.
But, most importantly, the service is terrible, terrible, terrible.
Let me just focus on the service. First, it took forever for the waiter (I think his name was Forrest) to take our order. Then, we ordered a chopped salad, with no bacon. It came with bacon. Sent it back, and it came back with no bacon and not much else other than lettuce. Where was the avocado? He brought it to us in a coffee cup. Then we ordered the salmon oregonata. When it finally arrived, it was shrimp. Sent it back. It took forever for the salmon to arrive. Ordered a second glass of wine. Had to ask for it twice. Had to ask for a napkin. Had to ask for more water. Had to ask where our food was. Had to ask for plates. This place was unreal. Between the one and a half hour wait and the terrible service, this ordeal lasted for more than three hours. Never again .... never again.
