This was by far the best Italian meal I have had outside of Italy. The homemade pasta -- especially the ravioli - is fantastic. Melts in your mouth. The flour less cake.... heaven! Wine selections are great. Service was fantastic -- non-intrusive. Complimentary limoncello at the end. Greeted by the chef. Servers are from Italy! What more can one ask for?! Will definitely return soon and spreading the word. This place should not be missed. It is a hidden gem!

If you are looking for classic Southern Italian cooking, this is the place for you. I have dined there two Saturdays in a row; once with my fiance and then again with another couple. Perfect date spot and it seems like they accommodate larger parties as well as there were several both times we dined. As for the food, it was fresh, light, and the sauces were unbelievably tasty. A great wine list, reasonably priced, that goes well with the food. You can tell they put thought into bringing the entire meal together. Will definitely be returning!

My over all experience was very disappointing. I went there with some friends, and it looked like a really cute place, however the service was terrible. We had salads and bread which were good, but ended up paying for the salads and leaving after sitting there for over an hour waiting for our entrées. The place wasn’t busy, and not one time did anyone come to our table and ask us if we needed refills on our drinks or, if we wanted bread, which we had to ask for in the first place. I would have liked to see how the rest of the food was being as the salads and bread were good. I will not be returning because of the way they treat their customers!

We tried this resturant based on the other reviews, and were very disappointed. The food, ambiance, and service were very bad. Not to mention we were seated at a table that was in the Hallway! WIll Not Return!

Went there as a couple around Valentine's day and was very impressed. Small place allows for intimate conversation but you don't feel crowded. Deep menu and some of the best linguine and clam sauce I've had anywhere. Good wine list too with reasonable prices.

What a find Luna Caprese is! I went with a bunch of friends and family recently. Most of us had either lived in Italy or travelled there frequently. ALL of us love good Italian food - and this was GREAT! Among us, we probably ordered 40% of the dishes on the menu and all were terrific. The service was good but not intrusive. Our waiter was knowledgeable about the dishes and made good recommendations. Plenty of dishes for vegetarians and meat/fish lovers too. We will definitely be back!

Luna Caprese was recommended to my wife and I by a friend who was been there several times. His recommendation was spot on! This wine list contains some great Italian options including a nice albeit small section of wines by the glass. The appetizers have a truly great flavor to them. The sausage and rapini recommended by our server was outstanding as was the involtini. My wife and I both tried the handmade pastas at Luna Caprese. You can absolutely taste the exceptional quality of handmade pastas, which happen to be awesome at Luna Caprese. I enjoyed the crab stuffed ravioli while my wife had a long papardelle in porcini murshroom sause. Boths dishes were superb. The only downfall was that we couldn't try anything else on the menu on account of the generous size dishes. We will definitely be dining there again. See you soon!

A regular for several years and someone who has been to virtually every Italian storefront restaurant in the city, Luna is hands down the best. Food is wonderful. Known for their home-made ravioli, their butternut squash and veal/spinach can't be beat anywhere. Other entrees from risotto to tilapia are always wonderful. Friendly, attentive service and environment. Off the beaten track so they are rarely crowded. If they had the public relations of other restaurants, you'd be waiting for hours.

This restuarant is horrible. It was like they took frozen pasta and served it with Ragu. The Tiramisu was still frozen in the middle which who knows where they got that from. We have been there 3 times and all three were the same. It is overpriced and no good at all. The staff was friendly luckily. Try Rose Angelis down the street. It is much better

Luna Caprese has the best Italian food in the City. The pastas are homemade and delicious as are any of the entrees. My husband and I have been to Italy many times and the food here is authentic. The service is great. It is the one Italian restaraunt in the city to which we always come back.
