I've been there twice, first time it was just OK and second time was a nightmare. There are much better options for the price. Poor quality food, rude servers and outrageous prices. Avoid!!!

Took my Father there for Father's Day after seeing the posting on Metromix and we were pleasantly suprised.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is really nice, the waitstaff was attentive and the food was really good. There were 4 of us who ordered 4 totally different things (chicken dish, seafood, sausage dish, Lamb Chops) and everyone loved their meals. We all said we come back again to try some other things on the menu.

We liked everthing from our appetizers to the salad to the main meal. Even though it's located by the mall it is a real restaurant - not a chain.

I read the one negative review on here and I have to say something. If you're in a large group and your meat arrives in a way you don't like it. You Tell them and let them fix the situation. You don't say you don't want to fuss bring me some pasta. It doesn't sound like she really let them assist her and then complained about it. Give me a break!

We loved the atmosphere, the food and the service. We will definately be going back.

We've been going to Lorenzo's for the past seven years for lunch and dinner. The food and service have always been outstanding. I have had everything from business lunches to birthday parties to memorial service dinners there and everyone has always raved about the experience. The owners and wait staff are always very friendly and attentive and you never feel rushed. Recently we entertained relatives from Europe who ordered the Steak ala Lorenzo which rivaled the best steakhouse cuts of prime beef.

Celebrated my brother-in-laws birthday with my wife and her sister. I ordered the braized pork hocks which is not on their menu now. My first bite was very good but my second bite was cold??? I cut deeper into the hocks and they were frozen in the middle. My company couldn't believe it was frozen but I showed them the cristilized meat in the middle. I didn't want to ruin my brother-in-laws birthday so I didn't make a scene. When I called the waitress over she appologized and offered to heat them in the microwave. I didn't come to eat a frozen dinner and asked what I could get to replace it in a hurry and ended up eating spaghetti. I couldn't believe it when I was charged for the spaghetti and didn't even get much of an appology. This is the worst I have ever been treated for receiving a dissapointing meal.

Thought I should update this! Lorenzo's is still our favorite restaurant. My husband and I have found ourselves going there whenever the kids are not going to be around for dinner. We can enjoy a great meal while relaxing on the outdoor patio. The food is always superb, whether we order one of the specials or something off of the regular menu. The wait staff is consistently good, available when needed, but never obtrusive.

My family and I have been going to Lorenzo's since it first opened. It is the only restaurant where we have always received impeccable and consistent service. The food is excellent. Between us we have had most of the dishes on the menu and all of them have been wonderful. Our children often come to Lorenzo's with us. They have always been treated well by the staff. You can feel comfortable dressed to the nines or in jeans, but I wouldn't wear a t-shirt or tank to this restaurant. Think "work casual." If you want to feel taken care of in a restaurant, this is the place to go.

I love an excellent filet and my wife loves Italian.
Lorenzo's is the perfect match and never disappoints. They prepare an excellent filet "au jour", with mushrooms that far exceeds other trendy, "so called" expensive steak houses we visited. My wife loves the veal and their other specialties. An overall great experience.
