This official name of this spot is La Madia--Art of Pizza, Love of Wine. OK, when your restaurant has a subtitle, you're pretty serious about things. Described as a "refined pizzeria," La Madia offers 4,200 square-foot space that includes a 125-seat dining room and a private wine an pizza tasting room. In addition to pizza with fresh, seasonal ingredients, you'll find risottos, pastas, a selection of fancy imported cheese, and big wine list to match (bottles are enclosed in a 13-foot, glass-enclosed cellar). Chef and restaurateur Jonathan Fox, former Chief Operating Officer for Maggiano's Little Italy, is behind this spot.
