I suppose I should have known that it would be bad since its supposed to be brazilian yet pizza delivery is available, but I went w/a group. It was the absolute worst dining experience I've ever had. We had a party of ten - they NO LONGER HAVE ALL U CAN EAT BRAZILIAN, which we did not know. It took then 20 min to even get a menu, 20 min for drinks, filets were fatty with practically raw bacon, pasta came plain with no sauce, salads came and looked like garnish and took another 20 min (SERIOUSLY) to get dressing on it, when the rude little waitress walked around with a tray of tiny dressing cups and announced the type and we had to pick ours. It was like a candid camera episode. We complained twice about the service to the manager who didn't care and left. They told us ONE HOUR into our 2 hr wait for food that they were out of meatballs, since some had ordered them as a side. It was unreal. After a certain point our waitress just left and we were just sitting there. THey will be closed very soon, it was like they just operating on bare bones for a few days before shutting down. It sucks because we had read all the good reviews and were very disappointed. The service was the worst I have ever had and they weren't even sorry.

We made reservations and upon arrival were seated and told that they were out of menus but would bring them shortly. After 20 MINUTES we still had no menus; no water and no waiter/waitress had approached our table. In the reviews I had read, they had mentioned the gauchos, we saw no evidence of such people or service. The table seated behind us were dressed in filthy clothes, rude, loud and were served almost immediately (even tho' they were seated after we were). If this is the type of clientele that Fusion Fire caters to, count me out.

Reservation for 8pm for a party of 9
No server until 8:30pm at which time we were informed that they NO LONGER serve the brazilian type steak/chicken/ etc meal so we ordered plated meals - filet mingnon and shrimp. Salads did not arrive until about 9pm without any salad dressing, dressing eventually came at about 9:10. Salads were barely able to be classified as a side salad.
Meal did not come until about 9:30. There were only two other smaller parties in the restaurant. The manager was unable to compensate us for the poor service at all. His only offer was for free dessert and at that time I was pretty much just ready to leave.
Food was not well prepared. I could have had a better meal at McDonalds.

If I only knew this place before. They have the authentic Brazilian cuisine, also the fact that you can go there and order from a regular menu, instead of having to eat the whole thing like other Brazilian Steakhouse, I believe it will bring them a lot of business. We felt like we were back in Brazil. Even the owner came to our table and brought the drinks himself, very very friendly person.
Keep the good work guys, we always going to be back!!!

Excluding drinks, dessert, tax and gratuity, it was $30/person. For that price, you get to enjoy the salad bar which includes pasta, meatballs, fish, cheese, etc., then different cuts of beef, chicken, pork, lamb and sausage. Oh, they also give you unlimited garlic bread then mashed potatoes and sweet plantain come when they start serving the meat. There were 13 of us and we all enjoyed the food. The place is small but clean. The servers are helpful. Overall, we would go back to Fusion Fire even though we pass Texas de Brazil on our way there...

We tried out this restaurant based on the reviews. We loved the place when it was Angeloni's (before Portocello's). The server never told us the price, nor did we see anything to show the cost (it is now $30 a person). The buffet had a number of interesting items, but it would have been nice to know what you are eating. All of the meats were very tasty. All of the servers were friendly and they were prompt when clearing plates and kept the buffet looking fresh. I just think they need to step up a bit on the communication side of things.

Used to be Porticellos. Very clean restaurant, prompt and polite staff. Owner is very pleasant and had the pleasure of speaking with him. Same great quality and service as the regular churrasarias for 1/2 price. "salad bar" has pastas available, fresh cold cuts and cheeses, and regular salad options. Highly recommend and I do return often.
