We tried the deep dish and the crust was too mushy. And this is after we told them to make the pizza WELL DONE. After explaining the problem to the manager, he informed us we should have said 'extra extra well done'. Give me a break... There are scores of Chicagoland pizzerias that are better: Gino's, Giordano's, Uno's, etc...

If you are interested in a good chicago pizza, do not bother going to Edwardo's. Had a thin crust pizza that looked and tasted like a frozen pizza. Crust was dry, much like chewing on 8 year old cardboard. Our waitress was very friendly, but the other members of the staff were very busy looking bored or were too invovled in trying to ensure they had a date for later that evening. Don't waste your time and money.

Most reviewers will write to rave about the pizza, but with so many great pizza places to choose from in the city. I choose Edwardo's for the Lasagna. The portion is large and comes with a salad and garlic bread. Price is reasonable and the taste is great. I live down the street and Ed's Lasagna is in my rotation for delivery.
