Family-friendly Italian eatery Clementi's opens Aug. 2 in the former Paprikash address. Expect a menu and weekend specials that tour Italy, including lesser-known Northern regions such as Trentino and Lombardi, including plenty of pastas and thin-crust, 12-inch pizzas. Owner Mike Clements named the restaurant after his family name, Clementi, even though they've legally gone by Clements ever since the spelling mistake was made on his father's army records.
