One of three Chicago area stores, Carmen's of Loyola is a popular pizza place among Loyola University students. The double crust stuffed pizzas attract the most attention--the stuffed spinach ($11 for small, $16 for large) and Carmen's stuffed special (with sausage, mushrooms, green peppers and onions, $11 for small, $18.25 for large) pizzas are favorites. They also have antipasti salads, various pastas, and 'the biggest Italian beef sandwich in Chicago,' according to store manager Usman Hamid. Delivery and catering of parties is available; call for more information.
