they have really delicious pizzas, and that's about it. the service is pretty slow and of course a little bit overpriced, but i still think that it is worth checking out, interesting decor and some good old italian food.

Great place, to the mother who tried to bring four kids in. Thankfully they were denied service I'm rather sick of going out to eat surrounded by parents that cant control there screaming children. It could be the best restaurant in the world if there are screaming children around it really takes away from every elses experience...
Report This ReviewWe go here on a regular basis with our kids in tow. We often meet our friends who also have children and have found the atmosphere very kid friendly. Great place to grab coffee or a pizza and beer in the afternoon.
Report This ReviewI've been going here for well over a year now, and I'll continue to go back. Service is usually good, and when it's not, just hang out and read your paper. Great food (try the Pollo Picante sandwich or any breakfast item) and I've had the organic carrot cake for lunch more than once. One reviewer said something about no refills, I have no idea what that's all about. I usually have to fight them off after my fourth cup or so (and the coffee is excellent).
Report This ReviewI love the food and the coffee here. The service, not so much. Takes FOREVER to order and FOREVER to get your check and god forbid you need a refill on your coffee! Paninis are excellent! Atomosphere is very nice...too busy @ times, too many children, and hello! there is no room for strollers!
Report This ReviewI have been going there for over a year now and have had nothing but great experiences. The wait staff is always happy, patient, and attentive- even recently when Ford Magazine was doing a photo shoot in the middle of the restaurant. When I've been in a hurry, I mentioned it up front and the staff was VERY accommodating. There've been children (infant-6 yr) every single time I've been in there and some of the servers have bent over backwards saying hello or dodging wild ones. I can't belive they would refuse service to anyone, regardless of children, unless the children were disruptive and the caretakers were apathetic. Three moms, six strollers, ten kids during the lunch rush, hmmmmmmm... If you're looking for immediate service and/or a playground, Burger King and McDonalds are other options. If you're looking for coffee and good food in a plesant cafe, this place is great.
Report This ReviewIf you are a parent don't even think about Cafe De Luca as a place to bring your kids. Even at 11:30 am during the week the staff refused a group of 3 moms entrance with their kids! Is there such a thing as age discrimination against 2 year olds?
Report This Reviewi have been going to Cafe De Luca for Sunday Brunches for as long as i can remember, the food is wonderful, the service can be a little slow!! besides that LOVE THE PLACE!!!
