This rustic Italian restaurant is located in a former grocery store. Exposed brick walls feature art for sale by local artists. Light green walls, white curtains and full storefront windows brighten the room. Executive chef Jose Garcia is a veteran of Tuscany on Taylor, and his menu reflects his background. House specialties include panzanella Toscana (salad made from toasted bread and tomatoes), rigatoni Buona Terra (rigatoni pasta tossed with sundried tomato cream, walnuts and goat cheese) and filetino gemello (tornados of beef sauteed with grilled vegetables and portabella mushroom sauce). Traditional Italian desserts include tiramisu and cannoli.
