This is the first Illinois venture Brio Tuscan Grille, a product of Columbus, OH-based Bravo! Development Inc. With it's bright-white columned facade and airy outdoor patio dotted with umbrella-covered tables, this northern Italian eatery is sure to be a favorite escape for shoppers. The emphasis is on simple preparation, with a menu of steaks, seafood and pasta dishes, as well as fresh soups and salads. The Bellini Brunch menu is sure to be a weekend hit, with choices such as the Tuscan french toast with berries and mascarpone cheese or a frittata with angel hair pasta, bacon, artichokes, spinach and fontina.
