The second Illinois location of the Midwestern Bravo chain opened Aug. 25 in Wolfgang Puck's former digs. The spot has proved popular with local workers, who come in to lunch on pitas, sandwiches and salads; families and couples filter in later on to sit at the white-tableclothed tables for dinner. Entree favorites include classics such as chicken or veal marsala, best matched with a glass from the Italy-centric, 60 bottle wine list.
