I thought this was one of the best stuffed spinach pizza I have had. The beer list was amazing as well.

I would highly recommend not eating here. Food is edible, but service, value, etc. is horrendous.

By boyfriend and I went to this place on a recommendation of a friend to try a different pizza place aside from our normal pizza spots (Gino's East and Giordano's). They reinforced the notion for us to never step out of our norm!
Once we were seated our waitress to took our drink order and then our meal order. We were on a time crunch because we were meeting people afterwards, so we were cognizant of the time. We took note that we sat down at around 7:30pm and expected that we would be done with our meal by at least 8:30ish.
After getting our salads we sat and waited for their boasted "heart healthy" pizza that we had ordered. We checked the time and it was about 8:30pm and were wondering what was going on with our pizza. It was at this time our waitress came over and told us that she had "accidentally" forgotten to put in our pizza order and that it would be at least another 45 to 50mins before our pizza came out. My boyfriend was trying to be paitent and agreed to the wait, but expected them to give us an appetizer for the inconvenience. She brought out a plate of fries (is this even considered italian???) and tried to feverishly apologize for the inconvenience. We shortly walked out because not only did she forget to put in our pizza order, but conveniently she managed to remember to put in the pizza order of another table who were seated at least 30 minutes after us.
What was even more incredible was the fact that they expected us to pay for the drinks we had waiting 2 hours for our pizza that was mysteriously not placed for order by our inconsiderate waitress, but the owner did not even apologize for the ridiculous service we received.
Don't waste your money here, because customer service is definitely not at the top of their list!!!!!!!

The pizza was great and very affordable. The place is ok if you want to go in and eat too. I would rate this in the top 2 thin crust pizza places I would eat at.

Horrible experience. We were given the wrong pizza - half of what we ordered and half plain cheese. We told the waitress it was wrong when she brought it, but her only "solution" was to bring us the toppings to put on the cheese side ourselves! A few minutes later, she told us she gave us another table's pizza. And there were only 4 full tables! Then minutes later, we heard her bring our pizza to the other table. They didn't want it, and why we weren't offered the correct pizza is beyond me. The waitress then avoided us the rest of the meal - our water glasses were never refilled. Also, the manager never came up and apologized. There is pizza that is just as good if not better several other places where the staff actually cares about keeping customers happy.
Report This ReviewI had my first experience at Bacino's last night. I was thoroughly impressed. The thin crust pizza was delicious and cooked to crisp perfection. The staff was friendly and accomodating. I love the classic italian atmosphere with the choice of a traditional dining room or a smaller, more intimate area with a fireplace. With so many great pizza places in Chicago I'm hard to impress. Having said that, I look forward to returning to Bacino's often, as it's moved to top 3 thin crusts on my list.
Report This ReviewThe pizza was great and very affordable. The ombiance was nice as well. The date I brought there didnt chip in for the bill which would of been nice but for the most part I would reccomend it but just dont go with the same girl I did.
