The first thing you'll probably notice at the Mity Nice Grill is the abundance of photos of children on the walls. "We think people feel nice when they're looking at kids,'' says Steve Walker, the restaurant's general manager. Mity nice. The decor emulates that of a dimly lit 1940s grill. Spotlights cast pools of light on the tables, making the ketchup bottle, salt and pepper shakers, glasses and stacked bread plates look like props on a hushed stage. Food-wise, the grill serves up hearty platters of American classics--burgers, fish, chicken, steaks, salads and sandwiches.
