Open since 1994, this outpost of the well-known Houlihan's chain in Wheaton's Danada district remains loyal to its old-school decor with vintage movie posters lining the dark-wood walls. The mammoth menu spans from Thai to Tex-Mex to American; popular picks include stuffed chicken, Thai chili wings and stuffed mushrooms, the latter of which has remained on the chain's menu since 1972. Specialty Long Island iced teas -- from melon to raspberry -- are served in pitchers intended for two but often polished off solo. The best buy to end the night? Homemade mini desserts -- like creme brulee or cappuchino cake -- for just $1.99 a pop.
