This Indo-Pak eatery uses only Zabiha (Halal) meat (slaughtered in accordance to Islamic law). The menu features choices like vegetable samosas, which are crispy fried turnovers filled with potatoes, onions and peas, and biryani, a layered dish of vegetables and seasoned basmati rice with added meat options. A variety of kebabs are also offered. Or try the kadhai gosht, a mildly spiced dish of boneless lamb cooked in a special wok-like iron pan with tomatoes, onions and ginger and chiles.
