Step into this country-quaint Geneva house and peer in through the front viewing window to watch truffles, candies and ice cream being made by hand, just as they have since Graham's first opened its doors in 1987. Hand-dipped truffles in flavors like cappuchino and vanilla are popular picks, as are old-fashioned candies like meltaways and toffee. Italian sodas and ice cream flavors such as chocolate brownie and toffee top off the sweet treats offered here. You can sit inside, but most prefer to lounge on white Adirondack chairs in the enclosed front porch. During Geneva's popular Christmas Walk, staffers craft candy canes by hand as a complementary treat for visitors.
