The owners wanted this spot to come as close to a real Italian gelateria as possible, so nearly everything in the shop was brought over from Italy, including the furniture and gelato machines. The 18 flavors of authentic Italian-style gelato are made daily on site. Look for flavors such as strawberry, pistachio, chocolate-hazelnut and tiramisu. During warm weather, the fruit gelato and sorbet selection increases, with seasonal fruits making appearances. A full coffee bar is available (hence the Caffe part of the name), offering drinks made with house-roasted beans.
