The owners wanted this spot to come as close to a real Italian gelateria as possible. Nearly everything in the shop was brought over from Italy, including the furniture and gelato machines. The authentic Italian-style gelatos here are made daily on premises and feature such flavors as strawberry, pistachio, chocolate hazelnut and tiramisu. During the warm weather, the fruit gelato and sorbet selection increases, with seasonal fruits making appearances. A full coffee bar is available (hence the Caffe part of the name), offering Italian-made Illy coffee products.
