Anthony's owner Michael Mednick decided after 11 busy seasons in Lincoln Park, he needed to move to a larger location with year-round possibilities. Anthony's Lakeview spot (which opened in 2005) has both limited air conditioned indoor seating, and a sidewalk cafe. Anthony's features 18-25 Italian ice choices like lemon, mango, watermelon and peach. There's also ice cream, fat-free yogurt, cookies and fresh-squeezed lemonade. Italian sandwiches also get menu play, and soups are offered in the cooler months.
