Though the name seems a bit bizarre, it all makes sense when you find out this hot dog joint is owned by Fred Markoff. fRedhots and Fries offers a traditional selection of hot dogs and burgers along with more exotic items such as Belgian frites with spicy aioli or artichoke dipping sauce, and wild game sausages including venison, gator and boar. Still, we think the most shocking thing on the menu is the option to add ketchup to a Chicago-style dog.
