Overall rating:

The atmosphere at Earwax is rad! The smoothies rock, and the breakfast is decent. If you need decently priced vegetarian food, this is your spot. Some of the food can tend to be bland (but that's typical with a lot of vegetarian cuisine), and they need to update their menu...but overall a really cool, visually stimulating place. The staff is always attentive and friendly. =)

While you're there- hit up the downstairs and rent an indie film- that tends to be a forgotten part of Earwax, and Josh downstairs always has good recommendations. He is like a walking film dictionary!

Another bland health food restaraunt

Overall rating:

I've eaten at Earwax numerous times and every time I'm always dissatisfied with my food. It always looks and smells great, but the taste is always bland. This is a problem with most healthy restaurants and Earwax is no exception.

I go here regularly and the food is always delicious. There are a lot of great vegetarian options, although these options are so good that meat eaters don't miss the meat! The seitan Reuben is especially good!
