You can tell the Ceres Cafe is a magnet for the financial crowd by the quote board in the lounge and the constant stock information on the two TVs over the bar. Ceres is a cozy, energized place with the occasional tourist dining next to the ''suits.'' Manager Aric Mer says Ceres is concentrating on healthy meals instead of steaks and such, serving up pastas and daily fresh fish specials. Ceres is packed during lunch, so reservations are encouraged.
