This reasonably priced restaurant features pasta and fresh fish and does not skimp on atmosphere. A wall of seascape murals and a skylight brightens the bilevel dining room during the day. The front of Pegasus is all windows, which open onto the sidewalk during nice weather. During the summer, a rooftop cafe with great skyline views features an abbreviated menu. The rather extensive wine list includes Mediterranean and American selections.
