I love this place, go all the time. Recently discovered the breakfast, its amazing... egg scrambles and omeletted that you pick ingredients for are goo but what is amazing is the pancake. you pick what you want in it and then make you one light and fluffly big pancake with butter and syrup. they also do french toast and you can put topping of your choice on and have the indian flatbread, breakfast potatoes, bacon, sausage. its great. you can't beat it for $8.99...

You create your own stir fry, so, if you don't like it it's your own fault. But, if you have the altimate server like we had, you can't go wrong. Great for food allergies and vegans. Mostly college crowd, sometimes loud, but always fun music. Be sure to make reservations on weekends . All in all fun time. Can't not beat the price

Go for lunch when the prices are halved for the same amount of food. Good for mixed vegetarian/meat-eating couples - both have a chance to be satified.

When it's busy, I do turn a blind eye to how fantastically messy the food bar is.

I like the food. Lots of variety, especially all the noodles offered. However, $12.99 for one bowl of brown rice, vegetables, and sauce is kinda pricey. I know it's all you can eat but they charge a dollar extra for that. Also, tables are kinda close so I can hear other people's conversations.

I LOVE Flattop. It is by far my favortite place to eat in the city. The service is always outstanding, the food is always hot and out in a short amount of time, and the prices are great... I firmly recommend the peanut sauce!

Yuk...what a gimmick! Why people would go to a restuarant to basically cook their own food is a mystery to me. The "salad bar" with the ingredients was picked over and messy. The appetizers were bland and overpriced. Our server was really friendly, that's the only positive thing that I can say. I made 2 different bowls with entirely different ingredients and both tasted exactly the same. With so many great asian restaurants in the city why would anyone get such a thrill out of putting some slop in a bowl and watching a guy throw it on a grill? Truly vile!At least we had a few good laughs.
