Chinos, is hands down one of the best bars in the TwinCities. You can dress up or down and feel comfortable there. A good mix of all types of folks. Chinos is good value at any time, good service, interesting food options, and good cocktails. I've been going to Chinos for many years and I have never has a bad experience . . . only good times. GT

This place has FANTASTIC food! Happy hour is the best time to go for $3 appetizers and $3 wine and tap beer. Martini's are expensive though!!!!
This place is a lot like Buca. Family style dining. Great ambiance!
