This Lincoln Park bistro underwent a few stops and starts out of the gates but eventually brought in former "Top Chef" contestant Dale Levitski (La Tache, Trio) to try to work magic in the kitchen. At his side is sous chef Sarah Nguyen, who also competed on Season 3 of "Top Chef". Levitski's French-American menu is a $60 three-course, prix-fixe affair, though a la carte options are also available. First courses include seared scallops with parsnip puree, sauteed parsnips, peanuts and popcorn, while entree selections provide plenty of hearty dishes such as short ribs spiced venison and a New York strip.
